2019 Full Movie Review:

Rag Doll(2020) Hindi Dubbed: Love the harsh, disquieting style of this film. Not only is it a festival favorite, but it deals with a lot of very powerful subjects all in a nice, tidy but rough around the edges piece.

While it is a ‘Fight Film,’ there is a lot more going on than one would think. I don’t want to reveal any of the great plot points but I will say this, ‘Watch this movie!’ Nora, played by Shannon Murray is a master study in dealing with the harsh realities of life. How she does it is told in a brilliant and loving fashion by Director Bailey Kobe.

Rag Doll (2019) – Storyline :

In an attempt to escape the systemic violence in her life, inexperienced Nora Phoenix enters an MMA tournament with high hopes to save her mother’s life and change hers forever. But when Nora realizes her biggest fight might not be in the ring, she must learn how to fight with her mind or risk losing everything.

Nora is that girl: the one who works overtime helps out her family by all means and leaves little for herself. She can’t even fathom a love interest. With her one free hour a day, she takes out life’s hardships at the local mixed martial arts gym, but what happens when that comfort in violence extends outside of the gym?
