Firedrake The Silver Dragon 2020 Movie – Storyline:
Firedrake is a young silver dragon, who has had enough of constantly having to hide in a wooded valley. He wants to show the older generations of dragons that he is a real dragon. When humans are about to destroy his family’s very last refuge, Firedrake secretly sets off on an adventurous journey with forest brownie, Sorrel. He wants to find the “Rim of Heaven”, the dragons’ mysterious haven. On their quest, Firedrake and Sorrel encounter Ben, an orphan and stray, who claims to be a dragon rider. While Ben and Firedrake make friends quickly, Sorrel becomes increasingly distrustful and tries to get rid of the orphan at every opportunity. But the unlikely trio has to learn to pull together because they are being hunted by Nettlebrand, an evil, the dragon-eating monster was created by an alchemist with the aim of tracking down and destroying every dragon on Earth.
Firedrake The Silver Dragon Full Movie Review:
The Film Has nothing in common with the incredible book of Cornelia Funke except maybe the names. The whole story is bad, Has no emotions, no tension. The protagonist is in fact more an antagonist and nothing young Kids should identify with. The lung is a self-ashamed thick dragon who can Do nothing on his own, the Homunculus Has no character development. There is nothing to laugh at, the jokes are flat, the Rats are not existing and the whole fantasy and mysterious charm of the book are here lost to modern techniques like Skype, the Internet, and Parship sites, a treacherous and filthy and egoistic coward boy and dumb figures and places. Better never watch the movie and read the book(s).
