Train to Busan 2 (2020) Hindi Dubbed: Another typical zombie apocalypse cliche movie where the bad guys are annoyingly screaming constantly for no reason. the only relation to the train of Busan is Korean zombies. also, please hire actors that can speak proper Cantonese/mandarin in movies.
Overall, Peninsula could never reach its predecessor quality as a smart blockbuster with a high emotional level. However, its entertainment value, if almost, could still reach what it had left 4 years ago. Just don’t expect too much to use your brain and have fun as you visit Peninsula.
Train to Busan 2 (2020) – Storyline:
Marine Captain Jung-Seok is driving his elder sister, her husband Chul-min, and his nephew Dong-hwan to a ship that is meant to leave the Korean Peninsula, which is being swept by the zombie outbreak. On the way, he encounters a man and a woman with a young child who needs a hitch, but he ignores the family’s pleas and drives away. In a cabin of the moving ship, an infected man turns into a zombie and infects numerous people, including Dong-hwan. Jung-Seok then unwillingly decides to leave Dong-hwan and his mother behind and stops Chul-min, who returns after getting some supplies, from entering the cabin.
Four years later in Hong Kong, a guilt-ridden Jung-Seok, with Chul-min and two other Koreans, are briefed by the Hongkongers of an operation that requires the four to return to the quarantined peninsula and retrieve an abandoned food truck that contains bags of cash, totalling US$20 million. The four arrive the following night and after some searching, they find the truck. Chul-min accidentally presses the truck’s horn while struggling with the zombie on the driver’s seat, alarming other zombies. Jung-Seok kills the zombie for Chul-min and kills more to allow Chul-min to start the truck. The four escape the area unharmed.
